When creating an image-only post for your Story, keep in mind that it appears for 24 hours before disappearing.

First, you’ll need to choose whether you want an Instagram business profile or a personal one. A business profile lets you set up a direct messaging feature, while a personal profile has more options for sharing multiple images and videos at once.
